Ability to create high-quality content with quick turnaround times.   Storytelling Exceptional storytelling instincts and an ability to identify engaging stories within everyday business activities. Ability to translate complex topics into accessible, entertaining, and informative content. Strong understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, and platform best practices.   On-Camera Presence Comfortable and confident appearing on camera as a presenter, interviewer, or host. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage employees, customers, partners, and stakeholders on camera. Able to deliver content naturally and authentically while representing the brand.   Collaboration Proven ability to work closely with social media managers and wider marketing teams to develop and execute content plans. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Comfortable taking creative direction while proactively contributing new ideas.   Bonus Experience Experience working in-house for a brand, publisher, or agency. Photography skills. This is a full-time, onsite role in Ponsonby, Auckland for a skilled, detail-oriented designer to lead the visual direction and design execution across packaging, campaigns, digital and print. The Role: As the in-house designer, you will be the guardian of the brand, ensuring everything they create feels cohesive, elevated and distinctly “on brand.” This role blends hands-on design, creative direction and close collaboration across brand and product. You will work across packaging, campaigns, retail, digital and brand development, helping bring new product launches and brand campaigns to life.
