HubSpot Platform Delivery Specialist – Contract 
Our client is an Auckland based digital agency, working at the forefront of marketing transformation, providing end-to-end digital marketing services to B2B technology, software and professional services brands across Australasia and beyond.  They are looking for a HubSpot Platform Delivery Specialist for a 3 month contract, with the potential to go permanent.  This is a tactical execution role, all about doing: implementing workflows, building custom reports, and managing a monthly release program of platform enhancements. You will be the primary technical responder for a key managed service client, ensuring their HubSpot environment is optimised, integrated, and bug-free. You will be working closely with the Platform Consultants and key clients, as well as owning end to end implementations for small and medium clients.  With 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a HubSpot Administrator or Technical Specialist, you will have a deep technical understanding of all HubSpot Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Data), with a solid grasp of inbound marketing methodologies and CRM best practices and advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose complex technical "breaks". Strong organisational and project management abilities are a must, as is exceptional written and verbal communication for explaining technical fixes to non-technical stakeholders.  You will be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first agency environment and have the ability to translate high-level business goals into specific, granular technical tasks This is a business that champions delivery over desk time, offering good flexible working. This role will take full ownership of end-to-end content campaign management, including working with content creators and influencers, managing all content channels, including social media (TikTok/Pinterest/LinkedIn), email marketing, website and marketing events. If you have experience with paid ads and SEO this is a bonus. AI experience, while still remaining human is preferred.
